What is the RSSI ?

How can be used a RSSI output of a receiver module ?

In a wireless communication system, the RSSI signal can be used for various purposes, such as:

1) Signal quality monitoring: The RSSI signal provides an estimate of the power of the signal received by the receiver, which can be

used to determine the quality of the signal. For example, if the RSSI signal is very low, it means that the received signal is weak and

      may be affected by interference.

2) Transmission power control: The RSSI signal can be used to control the transmission power of the transmitter. For example, if the

RSSI signal is very high, it means that the received signal is strong and the transmitter can reduce the transmission power to save

      energy.

3) Roaming management: The RSSI signal can be used to manage roaming between different base stations in a wireless

communication  system. For example, if the receiver's RSSI signal becomes too low, a handover can be activated to connect to a

    closer base station.

4) Performance optimization: The RSSI signal can be used to optimize the performance of the wireless system, for example by

modifying transmission parameters, the receiver's position, or the antenna direction.

In summary, the RSSI signal is an important measure of the power of the signal received in a wireless communication system and can be used for different purposes, such as signal quality monitoring, transmission power control, roaming management, and performance optimization.
