Villa Borromeo Visconti Litta, a villa of delights in which art, history and fun leave the visitor enchanted by so much beauty for the variety of mosaics, statues, frescoes, fountains and water games. It was Count Pirro I Visconti Borromeo - around 1585 - to design the complex, Il Conte commissioned the gardens and built the Palazzo delle Acque, more commonly known as the Nymphaeum. The Nymphaeum is a place of great suggestion and - due to the wealth of decorations and hydraulic performances - is considered the most important and significant example of the genre, especially because - very rare - it works, today, just like then, thanks to sophisticated hydraulic mechanisms governed by skilled fountainmen.
In the splendid setting of Villa Litta, RadioControlli S.r.l. has collaborated with the company Catmex in the construction of the new LED lighting system, a jewel of technology that further enhances the artistic beauties of the Nymphaeum.
In particular, Radiocontrolli took care of designing and making available a wireless system for lighting management with low power consumption. In this way it was possible to illuminate the cave of the Nymphaeum without using the 220VAC power supply.
